How much would you pay? (240 owners step in!!)

I've been wanting to pick this up for a few weeks now but have yet to pull the trigger and road trip out to KC. The car itself seems straight from speaking to the owner the only thing really wrong with the car is a small leak around the oil pan that he said he will be fixing. The chasis has about 150K on it, the motor he said has about 60K. Here's also a link to the build thread (if you have time to read) The build thread is very well put together and everything seems pretty legit.

The only reason I post this up is because I've gotten grat feedback from this site and I know there's some 240 drives out there

No more than 3k

4k maybe if it was perfect and I mean perfect. Like nice paint, new tires, windshield, and other things. It doesn't look to bad but 4k seems like a lot for what you're getting. I've seen ones in the same condition or better with blacktop s13 swaps in them for like 3500$

I picked up a bone stock 90 240sx with rims,brand new tires,full tune up and exhaust for 1300. Was not as good condition as that 240sx but just throwing something at you to compare too, which that 240sx in the post isnt even that great. All those little mods dont make it worth more in my opinion.

Maybe if the car was sr20 swapped or something along the lines it would bring the price up more.

you have to be carefull if you go to low he wont return your calls or text some people are like that

4K is in my price range but I'm trying to have a little play money to fix things like the windshild, new tires, tune up ect. I'm going to shoot him a price in the morning and go from there.

3k cash is the farthest I would go. It has its mods and all but that body is pretty beat to be going near the 4's when there are turbo sr20s just as clean in stl for 4k.

well,i just recently sold my white non rust 91 240 coupe se with a fully built sr20det gt2871r .86 for 5000.and it had just just about every oem silvia parts on it.soo i would say no more then 2800.
