yeah, I've been looking into ITBs a lot lately, but the whole having to run a stand alone kind of bothers me since you can't emmisions on a stand alone, as well as having no place for a DD.

ITB's are not illegal. How do you think BMW sells the E46 and E92 M3?

If you mean that it would fail a safety inspection on setup like the vehicle in the video, then yes. Technically it would fail.

I was just thinking...since when are ITBs illegal, but didnt just want the throw it out there. Mo does not make finding what the safety test covers easy. if anyone has a link it would be very helpful.

You should be able to go up to Troop C and get a MVI Regulations book for free. If you have a question about one or two things in particular, just send me a PM.
