Title

If a car is purchased with a title that has already been signed and filled out but not sent out\back in his name can the car\title be sold to another person and transferred or corrected to the new owner??

Not very familiar with Title\DMV related things.

Not very familiar with TitleDMV related things.

Not by an individual. The owner will have to title it in his/her name and then sell it to whomever.

Well my friend recently had the same problem and he just had the title sent to his house in the guys information then sent it out once again to be put into his name
