That is good for a car with as much space and safety features as the Fit. Im getting 33mpg city at 3.30/gal.Edison Carasio;295733 wrote:The Fit just got filled up. $3.26 a gallon at the Motomart at Riverview and 270. AC on and stop and go downtown STL and Clayton traffic and I got 30.1 mpg. Not great in Honda land but better than what I could be getting with other cars.

Just got 28 mpg all highway from STL to KC in the miata. This thing does not have a good final gear for highway driving.

369 miles. Filled up with 89 octane. 9.7 gals at $3.17/gal.
That's 37.9 MPG. My usual average. Love it.

Finaly got the hatch finished and on the way to get it inspected I filled up at the 711 in Maryland heights, full tank from 1/8th on premium for $26 at I think $3.59 or $3.69 a gallon.

I don't pay attention to how much gas is. The last time I checked my fuel consumption was a few weeks ago driving from St. Louis to Nashville. I got 28.5 MPG, all highway. Would've been better without B16 gearing and no A/C. I used to average 32.5 MPG city/highway before reinstalling A/C.

Last tanks
Accord (went until light came on) 462 miles 14.08 gallons for 32.8 mpg
Civic has been regularly getting 33-35
1/2 ton Sierra has been getting 17-18
3/4 ton Sierra just got right at 13 mpg before I fixed some issues it had. Hoping for more this tank but mpg is better than many people get in these already.
Convertible (LT1/M6) has been getting a little over 20. Getting ready to pull some fuel and shoot for 25-26 on the highway.

Premium $3.46/ gallon today.
Went 330 miles on 10.65 gallons of fuel. Puts me at 30.98 mpg.
Oh this is in my SVT focus, same as my last posting... also in the Foci.

I started a new job in Salem, IL about a month ago. The drive sucks, but the plus side to working in the sticks is the cheapest gas I have seen in IL in a long time. Regular is 3.17 right now when it is 3.35-3.40 where I live (about 30 miles west).
After some searching, I found a Shell that has non-ethanol 93 for 3.35/gal. Since I switched, my avg is up to 34-35 mpg from 30-31.
This in a '94 CX w/ a stock B16a, BTW
