Need a new car, have any suggestions?

thanks guys for the ideas, i like all of them, ill see if i can get my wife to look at some of those cars, especially the acura tl and subarus. shes picky as hell, so ill see what happens.

I'm a big fan of the 05ish Maximas. Those cars with the 3.5 run very well. I like the TL a lot too but the Maxima would be a little cheaper. The Mazda 6 isn't too bad either. Really I don't think you can go wrong with the 6, TL, or Maxima. All pretty nice, not bad looking cars and all run pretty well.

Also, if she isn't entirely opposed to a wagon, the Saab 92x is a rebadged Impreza/WRX that was available with an automatic and a nicer interior.

With the way gas is going, I would buy either a new 2011 Elantra, or a Chevy Cruze. Quick, nope but you get a warranty and awesome gas mileage. Plus it is in you price range.
