dont unions frown upon imports? when I see them picketing places like restaurants, it always makes me chuckle when I see a group of people holding "Shame on the olive garden" signs.

i think i still have a 110 card. my 42 is expired. my painters card is good. i havent worked for a union company in 5 years. but i work for a union company every day because unions are a fucking joke that isnt funny.

get rid of them because they get paid a lot more than they are worth. every union laborer i pick up gets fired for being useless. especially 42.

the best part about non union is loling at hardcore union guys that have to let me do the work that they are too stupid to do.

The union is the reason that I've been laid off for nearly 6 months total over the course of almost 7 years. I was supposed to join back in the day but was working part time and the benefits of joining the union were... non existent. Got as far as having my manager tell me I HAD to fill out the form... filled it out then asked him how much the dues were before I sign it... he never found out for me, and I never signed it.

My dad has been in the union for 29 years... luckily. They just changed the retirement policies and time or whatever... he's grandfathered in and the time he can retire with full benefits didn't change, but the benefits were reduced. Some people that have been in it a few years less them him will be working longer to retire with less benefits. Pretty crappy.

there are lazy people every where, black ,white, brown, yellow, union, non union, rich, poor, it doesnt matter. and unions dont efferct that. if u hate unions then move to fuckin Texas or somethin. dont presume im lazy cause i pay my dues, do i agree there fucked up yes but u fuckin morons are not listing to what im sayin!!! its not about them its about the men and woman who work in them, all the mouths that wont get feed, sick kids that wont have coverage any more, men that are 5 years from retirement who will get fucked... and for what? so some ass hole suits can save some fuckin cash in there pocket? bullshit, and FUCK YOU if you realy think so!!! im talkin about peoples lively hoods, not fuckin politics, or the lazy guys you have meet, or people bein laid off. dale thats not an opinion thats a bash on me my family and friends, tellin me were not worth anything. i dont care if he hates unions i hate what they do to, but thats the politics. im here in defence of the workers, there families and our lively hoods. no one should have to do what we do for 12 bucks an hour and no benefits. this line of work kills people, destroys your body and ages you beyond belief, but the union sees that were compensated for our sacrifice. and we have fought for longer then anyone of you can even imagine and dumb fucks wanna destroy it for no real reason. tell me that if someone wanted to destroy everything you have ever known and it wouldnt piss you off. i know your a reasonable man and you can understand where im comin from.

I've been in the automotive industry for six years and never once been involved with a union. I've always had great benefits and pay and never once have I been out of a job. If there is ever something I don't like about my job, I'll leave and find another one. I have no need for a union, and neither should anyone else.
