Looking for someone to make resin molds

So my headlight's going to get retrofitted this spring, but one problem. I wanted to get my hands on some clear turn signal lens.

This is my headlight:

The turn signal is that little lens by the grille.

My plan is to use the clear lens as a diffuser for when I get switchback turn signals.

I could get JDM headlight replicas from China, but that's $500+ shipping and time just to open them up, take two lens, and probably sell the remaining four lens and scrap the housing or something. I intend to keep my ambers, but smoke them so I can at least pass inspections in that regard.

So yeah. Pretty much, the easiest and cheapest route would be to find someone that can take the amber lens, make a mold out of it, then fill the mold in with resin. Anyone know anyone that can do this, or at least a small business?
