Curious to if people thought this was a good deal, Hes willing to take 2500 cash. Leaving me at about 1500-2000 dollars to fix it up. The car is for the girlfriend which is wanting to do the usual mods. Not to sure about integras prices anymore they range from so little to so much

If you're going to manual swap it then this is too much to spend. With the cost of that and bodywork/rust repair it would put you in for too much $$ for just a GS model.

it would be staying automatic, girlfriend doesnt feel like having a 5 spd.
