Ive been doing leangains for about 14 weeks now. Its a modified form of intermittent fasting. and no im not anorexic, i eat 245g of protein a day. I just dont eat from 8pm until 1pm the next day. It is essentially fasting your body for 16 hours a day (8 of that is sleeping) and eating all your calories in an 8hr period. Im stronger and leaner than I have ever been. People should look it up, most studies saying the 5 times a day meals are done by private labs that supplement companies sponsor. I eat 3 good sized meals but they center around when I go to the gym. I eat 25% of my caloric intake at noon, then have a good 1200 calorie meal right after the gym, and I eat a low carb high protein meal before bed and have lost 3% bodyfat, 3 inches off my waist(im now in 29/30 jeans, gained 2 inches on my quads and hams and have gained an inch on my shoulders with this method along with 5 days a week at the gym and hard training. I will be way under 10% for our cruise. Im not a newbie to lifting or dieting either. My big 3 lifts were at one time in the 1100 area total at 165lbs. So if people wanna try sumn diff, look up www.leangains.com Shit changed my life!

The doc just got me a new diet and exercise program just a couple weeks ago. Also made a deal with me that if I get a fitbit, and meet his goals every week for 3 months he will pay me back for the fitbit. I just ordered it today, should be interesting.

Just started back in the gym this week. It's been a long time I'm not nearly as strong as I used to be. I'm sore beyond belief which sucks I used to only be sore half the next day now I'm sore for two days per muscle group. Hope that goes away in a month.

My goal is to lose 60lbs by vacation lol I have to lose an average of .5 lbs a day. I'd honestly be happy with 40 by then.

I do cardio first to get my heart rate going and warm up I always wear a hoodie to try to keep my body temp up and muscles warm. Then after cardio I lift I do a push and a pull with a major and minor muscle group(exp ill do chest which is my major group and a push then ill do biceps the same night which is minor and a pull). I do it at a fast rate to keep my heart rate up as I go
gudg racing you're never gonna catch me!!

Tonight will be Chest and Triceps along with 30 or more minutes of cardio (skipping rope and hitting heavy bags for 3 minute rounds)
