Work it out!!
I tried the p90x last summer but the guy just got on my nerves too bad so I decided to do Insanity instead. I'm thinking I'm going to do another round of Insanity along with a little running.

agreed with "00siandrew" p90x SUX that first week, i think i did like 1 3/4 (yea 3/4) of pull ups for the intial benchmark test.. by week 2 i was doing 8 or so.. just gotta stick in there.
I just never felt sore with insanity, i def poured sweat each and everytime. but i like that sore feeling

If you want to gain some weight quick order some methyl-fx and do that for a month or two. It's a supplement that helps your work outs. I gained 15lbs in about two months on that stuff. If you end up taking it make sure you're going to be working out within 15-20 minutes after because it makes you feel like incredible hulk and you'll end up trying to bench press the fridge or something. Or a safer route is protein lol. I recommend probolic sr, it's not cheap but it works so much better than regular whey.Boosted_da;254547 wrote:wow good thred. keep it up guys i dont need to lose any weight but i think you guys just inspired me to gain some im 165 right now and i would like to gain around 10lbs of musscle. props to you guys and keep it up!

Work it out!!
A few years ago I was right around 255 and went to the doc where I found out I had high BP. I was not happy with that at all as I felt I was too young for that at the age of 23. I was put on meds and the doc told me if I get in shape I might be able to get off the meds, so I went to work.
I gave up soda, fast food, and really started eatting foods that were way better for me. I also read a book that my doc recommended called You On A Diet The Owners Manual To Waist Managment. I learned a ton from this book and it helped alot. Within 6 months I was down to 200 and off the meds.
I am now 27 and have gotten lazy, and am back up to 227. I have just gotten back into the gym on a regular basis and have again changed my eatting habbits to work my weight back down.
Also a group of my friends that all want to shed some pounds got together for a biggest loser competition where winner takes all. It was 50 to enter which was a good price IMO. Not to low where you dont care if you lose it and not so high it keeps you from entering for fear of losing it.
Finally I was pointed to a great website called myfitnesspal.com which is great for tracking your calories and exercise.

Honestly I lost like 25-30 pounds doing Insanity and about to start it again so I can get down to 175-180 from 195. Never seen my upper legs being so built!

You don't know what you're talking about. You're not very smart, and the things you're saying are nonsense. And I'm not angry. But you do need to shut up.
