I saw this car in person at Eibach, it's very nice. But I wouldn't pay 20k for it.

That is becuase at the end of the day it is still a 20yr old Civic. Yes it has a lot of nice parts, which he would probably be better off parting it out. Personally I don't like the looks of the car at all.

when i first saw the price, i was like " wtf" but then i look at the sets of wheels i think it comes with. that's almost 10 grand in wheels alone.

also noted, it is a stock b16 boosted, but then again this is show car.

it comes down to preference and choice. but for me, this thing is an overkill.

it is still a ef. and a jdm wannabe lokk-a-like. all that money spent on jdm items, yet it is still left hand drive.

I believe he is offering buyers choice of one set from those options.

Looks like he's going to keep it for his kid anyways....
