Sure sounds like someones gonna pull a dick move and go pick up the car out from underneath who owns it now. Maybe thats just how im seeing it though.

no im not like that i have made arrangements with him already to get him a title.. i dont care about the car althought i would lie to buy it back if he would sell it

although he said he has a dealer buddy that can get him a title? if its in my name how can get get a title with out me signing it? if he does that would be fraud and fourgery

To the OP- You better hope that the person that sold you the car didn't have a lien on the car.

It's probably one of two things. Either the seller never paid taxes on it and it is still registered to 92fodo, or that someone has a lien on it and the seller doesn't care if they screw you over. If it was simply a lost title that would be an easy fix that any responsible person could take care of.

he bought it from the guy that got it from me and never paid it off...
he bought it as a parts car no title...

i got the car off some guy in springfield who said the title was never givin to him and i wasn't worried about the title i got car got parts but i seen the stlhondas.com sticker and i decided to see if anyone knew anything about it
