The interior is not that big of a deal to me. As I stated before I have my Fit that I drive everyday that has everything I need. This car would just be a fun car to drive and have fun with. I am probably going to trade for it. When I am not sure, hopefully soon.

250 on pump or race gas? If on race, what did it make on pump? Did he provide you with a dyno sheet? Sounds like a solid trade but I'd make sure that EVERYTHING is as stated. Pretty easy to say you have a sleeved/full internal engine but it's a bit harder to provide proof. Just saying this because I once made a hell of a drive to buy a car only for its engine only to find out it WAS NOT a sleeved, piston'd, and rodded engine. It was bone stock internal.

Look at a dyno sheet. Talk to the tuner and see how safe the tune is. Some people care more about numbers than reliability. If it has what they say, it would definitely be capable of taking a shot if you wanted to add it.

As stated earlier in this thread, there is another car that is much more local to you that is VERY similar. It is a damn clean car and I'll vouche for that as I've seen it top to bottom literally (it was on my lift once).

Sorry I'm such a skeptic. There are just too many people now days that don't tell the whole truth when selling a car...

Just once but it was on it for a while and out infront of the shop for awhile too lol. Roughly 4 months

He says he has a dyno sheet, says he has reciepts for all the motor and trans work done. Says to have pics of the motor being put together and all that. Said that all the motor and trans work was done at Profunction up in the Chicago area. I talked to him a bit today, going to talk to him more tomorrow.

I am definitely going to check on everything when I meet up with him. I am a bit of a skeptic sometimes, but all sounds like it is in good order as of right now.

justa thought "you ever thought about driving the car?" talk is cheap drive the fvckin thing and actually see what its got instead of all this "nerd voice" uh um well better check this uh do this well should i do this or not erm hmmm. and who gives a shit what everyone else thinks youll be the one driving the car, if its what you want then get it, seems to me to be a better than 98 percent of the cars on the board.
