Honda Civic Is Dead In Japan

According to the WSJ, the Civic will no longer be sold in Japan as of next year. The article also states that the Fit is the second best selling car in Japan, behind the Prius.

Pretty much. Model bloat made the Civic too large for the home market.

I wonder how much this will impact the Japanese aftermarket industry for Civics in the future.
