IN MY OPINION, its like playing catch up. For the money you will spend to turbo the KA, upgrade internals, and tune it, you could have already had it swapped with an SR making good numbers with nothing done to it. Why dont more D1 guys run KA motors if its a "better option"?

Now, im not saying the SR is "the way to go". Just the best bang for your buck right now in those cars. Im tired of seeing them in every 240. Im personally more a fan of the RB/LSX/2JZ swaps.

+1. I'm surprised you took the time to respond to the comments Tommy, I just rolled my eyes and moved on. "Don't argue with someone stupid, they'll just bring you down to their level and beat you with their experience".

i never said it was a better option i just dont see the point of spending good money on putting a factory option motor in a car. and you can boost the ka and make power for cheep. as for a motor swap the rb swap will only cost us about an extra thousand bucks and its fun as hell i wana see a 2jz swap tho ive only seen 1 done
turbo lag psh? boost is only a down shift away
