240 with a sr20. Hell if you want to go cheap get a ca18det the motors are cheap but parts are hard to find. Or you could do a lsx swap using a truck motor I forget which one it is but I've heard of people doing that for less than 1000$. I'd stay away from rotaries but that's cause I like pistons.
