I don't know much about either car, but it would seem like there would be more replacement parts for the s13, esp in the salvage yards. Not to mention the parts interchangability between the s13 and other nissans.

ive owned both chassis....

both are dumb projects because in the end you spent way more money than either is worth. IF you want to do one of those two cars, you are best off taking the money you'd have to spend on the car and swap and just buying one that is already done.

The T2 swap is a huge pain because of all of the wiring involved, you are way better off just buying a TII and going from there. Everything FC related just says rather than TII swapping or swapping from an S4 to an S5 motor or vice versa is way more trouble than it's worth and you should just buy the one you want in the first place. (basically, why I quit the FC world)
Basically the same goes for the 240. While its easier to get the motor in and running, it's still more expensive (in most cases) to buy the car and then the swap (figure $1000 for a decent shell, or more for a running car, and $2500 for a decent SR swap) where you can track down running SR20 s13's in the $3k range pretty easy.
This post comes with a guarantee: I guarantee that I don't care what you think about it.

if you geta 240 dont waste your time with a swap sr20s are over rated a good port job and some better cams so a s13 intake and s14 exhaust (it might be the other way around i cant remember) so you can get more top end and boost it you will have a bad street man
turbo lag psh? boost is only a down shift away

+1. Spork has a good way of slapping some sense into discussions.
