Racing Seat Rails

So I bought a no name racing seat last night, and it came with all of the hardware...but no directions.

the rails arent connected to the seat or anything, all of the parts are in a box.

Does anyone know how to put these rails together on my seat to install them?
Or is there a write up on this somewhere already?

once you get the rails on it you still need to make an adapter or to buy a crx specific adapter
