1) Id first put my gun down bcuz that would be a natural dumb ass choice.
Grab my bat, go out the back door, and ninja my way to him and fuck him up without hitting his head. call the cops.

2) ninja my way.... and sneak up behind him and give him a rear naked choke till hes out. call the cops.

Since number 2 is way too bad ass, and doubt i can pull it off. I would prob do number 1. And deal with the consequence of the assault. Which would prob b pretty minor. No where near the mess of killing someone. Plus once hes dead, hes dead. But having an aching body for weeks and possibly something permanent would be memorable for him.

well, when I barely missed catching someone shooting my car with a paintball gun...I staked out in the shadows for a while to see if they came back. Had full intentions of totalling both our vehicles by ramming them with my truck. When I got a lead on who may have done it, I chased his ass down the first time I saw him out in town. Got square in his face about it...turns out it wasn't him (had proof too). I'd still like someone to slip up and let me find out who did that $800 worth of damage.

Now, to handle the fools that broke into my shop....(since i just now got some of the property back that was taken in december!).
