Need help changing clutch!

I have come to the conclusion that i need to change the clutch in my 95 prelude. whats happening is i cant get it into gear, and it is making some shady noises from a stand still when i push the clutch to the floor. i replaced the slave cylinder a couple months ago which i thought was going to fix my problem, well it didnt. im willing to pay for someone to replace the clutch for me ill pay for the parts. if anyone can help or let me kno of suggestions that would be great. thanks
