this is a amazing story of a guys time in prision i found myself reading the whole thing and killed alot of time at work

fuck... i cant finish reading it. seems to be a good read. one thing i can relate too.

Im a fitness buff. Try to eat heathly and fitness very often. I went to jail for 2 Days. I literally felt my body falling to shit becuz the food they give you. Its stright fuckin crap.

"After about six months I could feel my muscle mass going, so me and my cellmate would deadlift each other for a few hours. Gayest thing you've ever seen, but it filled in the time."

anyways ill be back to read this good read. wtf kinda forum way that anyways.
