How much is this car worth?

Basically, how much would you pay for this car? This guy is wanting to trade me, and is claiming he thinks it is worth ~$5000, which I can't remember enough about Honda's and what they go for to believe it.

Can't really think of much else. Let me know what you think please. I have the option of trading him, and then trading again/selling/driving it as a DD, or selling my car as is for $3k and buying a police interceptor, lol.

Pics? The mods sound ok, but the off white rice fenders kill it.

somewhat easy fix though, i would say 4ish thousand because it does have a good running swap in it.

Already test drove it. It's not bad at all. Drives straight, doesn't vibrate or anything, and shifts good. It's in good running condition, and the body is in pretty nice condition besides the front fenders.
