Any MMA fans?

I have been there before and again. When I started training I was like 240 dropped down and was fighting at 185 then had our second kid and I am back up to 230. Been training here and there when I have time.

LOL small world, Moses was wanting me to come in to the war room and help train some of the guys there in muay thai, i just had a kid and don't really have the time though, i've been training some guys on the side at my house though.

Have you ever come out to American Family Fitness before? That's where I lift and was boxing there.

tim bozworth(tboz) works out there and keeps trying to get me to come workout with him there, but i work out pretty cheap at the place i'm at now, since moses left aff myself and tboz were thinking of training people there but duno if we'd have the time.

Ron (the owner there) asked me if I would teach people kickboxing but I don't think I'm experience enough to do that. Moses took the ring down before leaving so I've taken all the wrestling mats and laid them out over where the ring used to be. I need to stop being lazy and clean them. but then again it's not my gym so I shouldn't have to clean the place =/

Oh and to be on topic: This Strikeforce card would be better if Fedor was fighting Overeem. Still confused on how Rogers loses his last fight and gets a title shot. o.O
