The worst cars on the road. Majority are GM vehicles.

There's a link to some responses from Ford, GM and Chrysler. The Ford guy is the only one to give credible reasons why he disagrees with it (Ford being the best selling truck on the road). The GM guy gave just spin, and Chrysler gave some distorted view. They said that per 1000 vehicles, their warranty claims are down 50%, but that's for ALL vehicles, not just the two on the list. =/

Pedal problems didn't kill people. The people being dumb did. There is this gear called "neutral" and cars have off positions.

I noticed they get some of their data from Consumer Reports... which has gotten better, but is still not a magazine I fully trust when truly rating a car.

Some of their ratings they've given for this year make it apparent that they aren't real "car" people.

I get mad every time I hear on the news of some old person running into a store or a house because they pressed the gas instead of brake.

No big shocker to see so much GM and Chrysler on the list. Don't forget, those people are not capable of running a company without being bailed out.

As far as Toyota, no way do they belong on the list. Every car company makes mistakes, and Toyota still builds some of the best cars. And as far as the people being idiots that died, I would disagree. In a vehicle that has a stuck accelerator at WOT you don't have as many options as you'd think. Turn the car off, goodbye power breaks and steering. Trying to put it in nuetral then hitting the brakes won't do too much either. Go put your car at WOT then try to brake. See how much vaccuum you can build.
