Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you.

As someone that grew up in Olivette, I definitely remember Saints.
Toward the end, that place was not looked upon kindly by the city or the residents. The police would be there probably three times every weekend. If the owner wants to be successful, he would have to address the issues that led to the problems.
