well, Friday i met with the hopefully new potential owner. he has big plans to totally rehab the facility. Too bad that Olivette and vandals could care less what it looked like inside

this was a few i uploaded. i have many more. the place is really filthy inside due to the roof having a major hole in it. Due to the hole, the building took on water every time it snowed or rained. i spent 3 hours meeting with the guy and other contractors. hopefully his dream will become a reality.

Christ last time I was there had to of been like 5th grade....

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you.
