For those that use them, did you also get the optional harness? And do you have any trouble with them? (one coming on without the other)

Thanks! I wanna do HIDs in the Integra

I didnt get the harness either and im running 2 kits. Both 35w kits. 1 for the main lowbeams and 1 for the driving light. I love them!

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you.
Hope this helps

i have the ddm tuning kit for my teg.

i bought the 55w 5000k kit without the optional harness.

the only problem i had with them is i had to grind down the sockets so the connections would be tighter. also for some reason i had to reverse the polarity on the passenger side. pretty easy to do though, just pull the wires out and switch them.

overall for the price and the life time warranty, it was worth the extra 20 minutes of work.

be careful with that 55w kit. thats a lot of power being drawn through those stock wires!

You guys do realize that the stock high beam halogen bulb for his car runs at 55w and the low beam runs at 65w. I don't see how thats going to matter if he has a 55w kit.

well i asked around on TI a lot before buying them.

one guy in particular said he has had the 55w kit on his car without the optional harness for years now and he has never had a problem.

so until i have a problem, ill stick with the stock harness.

Most OE HID lamps are 35w. With 55w HID kits, you're using more power when compared to a 55w halogen bulb for the initial start-up of the bulb, which can cause serious problems.
