I have a good acquaintance in the "will-fit" body parts business. I don't know what kind of deal he'd offer, but he's sounded helpful / open in the past. All are primered, so still would need painting. Prolly best cost wise would be googling up one of the salvage brokers.

It sucks that he did that. I say when you move out, you do the same to his car. On a side note, if he has his own shampoo bottle and has hair, mix some of the Nair leg hair removal in with his shampoo and make him go bald.

As luck would have it I saw him at an event and mentioned your situation. Said he could get it for a nick over wholesale. Would be flat primer black fyi. Guessed the price to be $100 - $150. PM me your contact info if and what model & year your car is and I'll introduce you to him via an email.

or if he is bald then throw some rogain in there and he will start sprouting hairs and look like a crazy person, then he will loose all of his friends (assuming he even has friends)

my stepdad has been wonderful too me, he took great care of my mother and has given me a home even though she has passed away, i am grateful to him for it... either way when someone fucks with my car its not an eye for an eye but two eyes for one, i would burn his car

thanks for all the input guys. well, i finally got it fixed. i just got it back today. but get this, the week before i was scheduled to get it fixed originally, this kid rear ended me. lolz, my luck. but it was only 150 to fix that too. he paid for it though. he actually paid me 245 for the rear bumper to get fixed (he didnt know it was a $150 fix), so that extra $95 went to my fender

it was like $240 to fix my fender completely, new fender and painted too.
