1) demand his bitch ass to pay for your fender... he prob wont

2) kick his ass on the a daily basis... you sound like you cant hold your own so he'd prob pwn you anways.

3) get some great evidence of his drug use. video, photos, possession or fuck even frame him. he did you dirty, why cant u do him dirty.
