Fix the Accord or Mod the Fit?

I'm having trouble deciding if I should replace the clutch and half shaft on my Accord to daily drive it or finally make my Fit not look like a stock turd. I have about $700 to toy with. Don't wanna spend it all though. Options are:

Fix the Accord's clutch and half shaft and put some new steelies and good tires on it.

or

Buy a set of OEM wheels for the Fit (EM1 Si, Meshes, etc) + tint the windows (gf will split the cost here) and weld up a new muffler that's sitting in my house.

Can't sell the Accord. I gotta have two cars. Lowering springs are coming after wheels tho.

The Accord is driveable right now, just not long distance (stupid clutch). Valve cover gasket is still giving me issues too.

Since you have to have two cars. I would definitely say fix the accord.

I think I might do wheels for the Fit, and buy the clutch for the Accord and save for rest. I could actually do all of the above but that would be the end of my monies.
