Maybe you could do another Castle Arch and you'd have a good spoof of McDonald's golden arches?
I love those things too, and yeah, even though I watch what I eat (have lost 26 pounds in 5 months doing Weight Watchers) you have to treat yourself now & then ... those aren't even too terrible nutritionally if you don't get em with cheese.

Started in October and am down 40lbs. No retarded diets or "meal plans." Still eat fast food all the time. All I do is eat something small when I'm hungry, wait about 20min to see if that took care of it, if not eat just a little more. I do have to eat every few hours though.

Nice work that's a LOT of blub. Portion size was my big issue and like you smaller portions are just something to get used to, but after that, it's no big deal. When you say "fast food all the time" I'd bet you're more making better choices than cheeseburgers and fries. I'm pretty much done with my weight loss ... I'm leaned out and feel good. The big challenge is maintaining it long term.dclduke;217138 wrote:Started in October and am down 40lbs. No retarded diets or "meal plans." Still eat fast food all the time. Not really better choices just smaller ones. If I go to McDonalds I still get a cheeseburger. But that cheeseburger replaces the double quarter pounder meal I used to get. Right now if I eat anything bigger than my fist at one time I feel like shit. I've never even set a goal for losing the weight. I think I'd like to be around 160 but if not I'm still feeling a lot better now than when I was 220.
