bolt-on turbo kit civic @ 9lbs = 13.7??

Post by SupraRacer »

idk why you posted, the thread has very little to do with you or your responses to anything. the only connection you have with it is, your thread and your car were the starting point. i never said YOU got cunthurt, hell the arguement wasnt even with you.. it was with rob??.. is it and the other guy. i am glad that i can grant you with some amusement.

also i have two weeks until school starts back up, and im extremely bored, seriously you have no idea how bored, so i am simply amusing myself however i can.. and trust me this is working. ill be the first one to say i know very little about hondas or modding them, hell i consider it a braggin right of sorts... lol. so dont think im trying to prove that im more honda savy than you or know better than you do. i do however know enough to be dangerous, so instead of making a new thread on stlsr, i figure ill bring it over to where the knowledge is and continue the argument here.

i dont care about your car, at all.. this whole clusterfuck started with a comment of me asking you "what does the car run, let me guess a 13.7@104, rofl" <-damn near a direct quote. VW guy than proceeded to blow it way out of proportion and made it a bigger deal than its really worth. I however enjoyed it immensely and as the thread got locked i made a new thread in a more appropriate forum.. So far there has been one on topic post and its been on par with what ive said....

enjoy the thread.

Okay 1st off before you come and post a thread that is about as worthless as your life please get the story straight.

Lets start off by saying this, I have yet to say my car is fast. and I have ONLY stated that its a fun car and is fun to give the almighty V8's a good run. Yes I have beat a few v8's with bolts-on and tune. Does that make my car fast, um no. Do I think my car is the shit and fastest thing on the street, well hell no.

Okay so we got that cleared up.

2nd of all I never made any comment or got "cunt hurt" about the 13.7 sec. timeslip that EVERY bolt on civic supposivly runs. I have no clue what my car will run and never argued or said anything about that 13.7 you threw out there. And no i have not drove my car down the track yet, so NO i don't know what it will run.

So from that I did though tell you a friend of mine had the exact kit I have on now, on the same motor, car etc. and ran an 8.3 on 1/8th mile spinning. So in 1/4mile terms thats somewhere around a 12.95-13.03. THEN i said I had slicks so I'd hope to run at least an 8.3 if not an 8.0 would be nice, but who knows? Which IF i did, not saying that I am, but IF that was the case on an 8.0 run i'd run around a 12.40-12.56 1/4mile time. but again I really dc what my car runs to tell u the truth. Its my daily and I have fun with it.

Now from all that you've yet to make yourself look even more like a dumb@ss b/c when it came to you saying, "naming off 3 local cars that have ran better and he named off 3 cars all modified past what i've said" well thats not even true and you didn't even ASK me that question lol. The z06 corvette guy wanted to see some cars from down here that had equivalent power he makes and that would hand him his @ss, so I showed him 3 cars that from down here that would!!! So yet another lie from yourself supragay.

Then I posted up a bone stock 160,000+mile turbo'd em1 just like the one I have making 7.6 runs with slicks on 1/8th mile. Im sure most of you guys on here have seen Wade on youtube running these times on his SI.

So all this just proves my point that there are 12 sec. bone stock t3/t4 turbo'd civics running 12's and not a 13.7, might I add that 7.6 time wade ran on 1/8th mile is a 11.86-11.93 1/4mile car. and its stock too ;-)

but im so glad you still had your panties in a wad from stlsr that you had to come over to the stlhonda website and make urself look like a bigger moran.

Mark had a stock D series not a B, and it was on a Greddy kit which is not a t3/4.

i was really generalizing, does it make that big of a difference? ive seen more of what a d-series can do than a B-series turbo'd, so idk.

^ There you go ^

Setups and driver's have improved over the last six years. To generalize every turbo Honda with a 13.7@104 is ignorant. Again, you continue to show that you have no experiance in building or driving any Honda ever. Are you done making yourself look like a tool or shall I continue?

Throw on a VTEC head and see what happens

And I was going to say what Dan said... I thought majority of C9 were turbo "D" series...

Considering that my stock B16 was making the same horsepower and a turbo "D" on 8-9 psi, that doesn't say much, but the improvement in torque is why I always got beat. My 112 ft/lbs to a turbo'd "D"s 150 or more ft/lbs

Jeff / ModTheSol is stock motor, 9psi, and ran better times than that when he was on street tires

And no Ryan, I'm not here to argue, just trying to clarify info.
I'm still a neighborhood ASSHOLE!

Well, for the most part i feel everything you said was directed to me, but if not then good. b/c if that were true your story def. isn't straight what so ever.

Also if you know nothing about hondas etc then WTF do you keep on insisting to argue over something that really is pointless, and you have no experience in or give a crap about?

and yes supragay a greddy kit blows donkey balls and is way over priced and overrated, compared to a home-made kit. So it does make a big difference in power, all depending on each setup, not just how much psi is ran :omgflag:

anyways, im glad your getting amusement out of all this, but if your THAT bored and if I were you i'd rather consider killing myself than come on forums to be a internet flamer :color:

Noone here is afraid to argue with you. We'd just rather not waste our time on someone that knows EVERYTHING like you do.

and yes you do come off as an idiot and a tool. :flipa:
