Need some ideas for landscaping my yard...

OK 7.5ft. easement so around the areas that say easement technically they can take these @ anytime. so don't want to do to much in these areas some times they don't have to fix what they do in these areas.

It's on the plot plan. 5ft on the side and 7.5ft in the rear.

yeah had to blow it up a LITTLE more to see it. but fixed it already.

now does your yard stay wet for long periods of time?

Not really, but there's quite a bit of erosion when it rains alot like it is now.

god damn they got you in the middle of hell with all them sewer lines and easements. so what municipality do you live? some municipalities let you build on easements and rebuild what they take out.

Wentzville. Fencing/landscaping is allowed in the easement.
