Found the car... It was in someones drive way. Come to find out the guy i thought was my friend sold the car behind my back without a title and promised them a title in 2 weeks. A friend of mine was at court in st.louis and seen the car and i drove down there and took and call the police and let them know i found it... Sorry to the people who got ripped off by matt and sorry you had to walk home cause i took the car while you were in court.

So then you are telling me that there could be a pending lawsuit if you sell the car? If someone paid money for the car and they have a bill of sale, there could be some issues. If the guy came and got the car, was it because you did not pay for the car? Is the title in YOUR name? Or is the back just signed and open? If it's open and the people that have a bill of sale report it stolen, you could very possibly be screwed and they may still own the car.

So, what is the REAL story? Not in a run-on sentence please....
