Caliper Problem
the rotor is fucked because the piston is not retreating like it should. if you haven't yet you could take it apart and grease the slides, but if it fucked your rotor up it sounds like it must be good and stuck. might need a new caliper and a new rotor. and hate to say it but if replace one side, might wanna do the other side as well.
