Anyone good at fixing xbox 360s

So my xbox shat out on me with the red ring. Anyone good at fixing these. Im not about to try it myself i know ill mess it up even more.
And im pretty sure my warranty is up so thats not an option.

I think it's only like $70 to have Microsoft fix it. Or you can search "how to get your xbox 360 fixed for free" and see what comes up. Also, there are step by step tutorials on how to fix the RROD.

Thats actually not good to do. First off, you are overheating the processor and that could cause it to fail completely and never work again. Second, by doing that method, all you are doing is trying to heat up the thermal grease between the processor and heatsink in hopes of making better heat transfer. You might as well go to youtube and search for the RROD fix. With this fix, you take it apart, clean the old thermal grease off, put on a better coat of thermal grease, a few other things, and done. I'm really shocked that you don't see more people take out all the components in a 360 and install them in a computer case for better cooling. Or better yet, put in a computer case and add a water cooled system.

i bought a 360 not a computer

Thats pretty much what it is. It has the same components of a computer. HD, processor, ROM drive, etc. It just has a different OS than an actual stand alone computer.
