can someone fill me in? Me and my cuz were playing cod6 and we didnt really pay attention as to why russians invaded the u.s.

also, we were confused as to why we had to be the terrorists and kill all those people in the mall or whatever.

also, i thought capt. price died on the bridge in cod4, we noticed he came back.
