The Smoking Ban Passed.

The voters of the County passed the smoking ban. I don't even smoke and I voted against it. Telling a private business that they cannot allow a legal activity on their premises is absurd.

YESSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!! it's my choice to stay as healthy as i can w/out 2nd hand smoke. it's my choice to not buy those nasty ass things, it's your(all the smokers) choice to run the extra errand and revolve your life around them.

so make the extra effort and errand and walk your ass outside!!!!!!

well i cant stand cigarette smoke it bothers the fuck outta me and makes it super hard to breath.
and op saying its a legal thing in a public place but it affects the health of others i cant think of any other thing that is legal and can be done in a public place that affects the health of people around you

in response to walk outside... its not that easy anymore... you have to be a certain distance from an entrance...

its bullshit and unconstitutional... just wait for all of the restaurants to start going under because they are losing business.

As I said in the original post, I don't smoke.

I dislike smoke and think it is pretty nasty. However, I still have a problem telling someone in a bar, that they cannot smoke. I was a bartender for a couple years, so I have been on both sides.

I understand in a restaurant, but in a bar?

i am absolutely fine w/ smokers being 15ft away or further..and affecting businesses. they'll put some out of business, i'll provide more of MY business, i'll save my health, and the smokers will keep their shit health to themselves.

i'm not sorry one bit this was passed. smokers made the choice to DESTROY THEMSELVES WITH CIGGS. cry me a fucking river that they must go outside. make a HEALTHY change to your lifestyle instead of bitching about shit not being constitutional.
