Piercings

Ok, I've been looking around all morning and I can't figure this out.

Does anyone know what its called when you have a piercing that the base stays under the skin, and then you just attach the "ornament" to the base.

An example you look like a labret piercing but on your wrist. Somewhere that you couldn't access the back of the piercing.

most of the time... but i saw some insane piercings on a guys neck like this... he had 2" spikes coming out of the back of his neck

Talking about it with the wife. But yeah seems to be more woman oriented, altho it opens up some cool possibilities

Piercings are addictive, I have both ears gauged to an 8, and my labret done. I want more, but idk what to get!
