95 integra no start?

I have fuel, spark, compression, and timing. But the car will not start?any ideas on what it could be? it cranks, but just won't fire.

Any CEL's? Could be the ecu. Does your CEL come on and turn off? Or does it stay solid?

well the cars cel doesn't even turn on when the key is on but the car is off, but i pulled the ecu and found out the ecu had a bad chipping job done and the resistor from r69 to r70 is cooked bad. so i'm almost 100% sure its the ecu. thanks a lot phate
