Hard decision. Should I trade?

Guy has a pretty clean 95 DX 4 door he wants to trade me even for my silver coupe. I'd be putting a fresh GSR trans in the coupe before it went away. Only down side is I'd have to drive to friggin San Antonio, TX to get the car.

What do you guys think?

i understand that this car would be a new project... but this guy would be getting a way better deal. maybe find something a little more... fast!
