It's because it is out of an Si-R from the UK. They are the only country that got Si-R's and had gauges that read in MPH instead of KPH. And it is very rare to find one for sale.

Doesn't really matter what car it's for...there's some retardedly expensive other-than-North America parts for my cars that only have slight differences...but they cost a lot. I could give a bunch of examples...
