Let me know what you guys think. I'll have pics and explanations of what to look for. Unfortunately, for me, PayPal does not allow pictures to determine fault so I'll probably get screwed out of $360. Anyway, on to the pictures, let me know what you guys think.
Picture of the sub when I took pics of it to sell on Ebay. It came out of the box, had some pictures taken, and went back in. NOTICE the location of the terminals. It's parallel with one of the sides and you can see some screws holding the sub in.

In this picture, notice the holes that are off to the side of the sub. You can see that there is a taper to the hole so screws sit flush. This is because the sub was removed from the board and put in a display case then put back in the board. The board was installed backwards so the countersink is on the face of the board instead of the back.

Now, notice the picture that the jackoff ripoff artist sent. Notice the terminals are now pointed more towards the corner. Notice that the countersinks are now on the BACK of the board instead of the front. NOTICE that there are NO SCREWS holding the sub to the board anymore and that the board is partially slid off of the sub. It's obvious that he either dropped the sub during installation or he put his broken sub in place of mine and set it by the packaging to look like it was the same one. It's OBVIOUSLY not the same sub. I've requested pics of the terminal side of the sub; I told him I thought I saw something that would be useful to both of us....

And here's a pic where he obviously put the broken one back in the box for pics. However, he was too damn stupid to smash the magnet into the sides or bottom of the box. Notice no marks anywhere. A 25 lb magnet would do a buttload of damage to the cardboard.

Anyway, fuck liars and thieves. Looks like I'm getting ready to get bent over....
