Does anyone personally know anything about this specific car? Not really big on the d16y8 but seems to be in pretty good shape. I know someone interested but just wanna make sure its been taken care of motor wise.

Looks tempting. Note the suspension is mismatched, or he has a typo on the suspension components, shown as:
• Koni Yellow Adjustable Shocks
• Ground Control Coilovers

I think he meant to say Ground Control camber plates, not coilovers. You wouldn't want Koni shocks in the rear, and another brand / Ground Control coilovers in the front as the dampening would be mismatched front to rear. The car is sitting pretty low, and you would want camber plates to tilt the wheels appropriately to counteract the lowering effect. If he ain't got camber plates, you may find yourself grinding away the inside edges of your front tires every few/handful thousand miles

LOL. Ground Control coil overs are the adjustable springs. Koni's are the shocks. My B series powered "twin" to his car has the same suspension.
