need advice

ok ordered coilovers a week before i bought the civic
they were used and the sale was on d-series
the guy switched shipping and send me knuckles and this other guy the coilovers
i sent the knuckles back and the dude sent back the coilovers
i recived the box yesterday and there was only 3
weight on ticket says 45lbs
i weighed it and it read 37 aprx
called the second guy hey says they weighed it before taping it up
also says he cant find the other one
but it cant be his fault because obviously he attempted to ship all 4 because the second ticket says 45 the original one says 45 as well
shoudl i get my money back and send the 3 back to os
i was gonna call the ups store it was shipped from last
andy ideas what i should do

called ups they said if i filed a claim or whatever they could give me 100 but i dont think i can get 1 individual one any way also 1 is not worth 100 they are 850 new

yes i paypaled thanks ill consider that if the ups store dont have it

Sounds like someone through the stuff in a box to get the weight, but then in a hurry only packed 3 of them. Hard to believe they wouldn't find it if an honest mistake ... maybe they're waiting for your call

im thinkin the second time they did not weigh it and just took the weight from the original ticket

File a dispute with paypal like i told you already matt. Simple as that!
