Replaced the door grip cover/arm rest cover on the Fit driver door. A tab was broken and it was loose and annoying.

Added a couple more of the undercar panels, added the max regen button, and IMA disable switch to the Insight. Have not had a whole lot of time to actually play with everything yet but I did get 70.0 mpg driving to Jefferson City on Thursday night. While 70 mpg is not THAT impressive with one of these, I know it will get better when I swap out transmissions. My current trans has a noisy TOB, ISB, and diff bearings. Don't think any of those are helping the economy at all....

At this point, the only Honda I have left is the Insight and a 99 Accord coupe that I'm just going to sell as is. Looking for another Insight or Prius that needs work if anyone knows of any sitting around.

Heading to the shop in a bit to check codes on the Prius to see what needs to be done to it to get it right. Probably end up pulling the battery and charging/conditioning all of the cells then replacing the possibly few bad ones with appropriately aged and capacity ones. This one is rough around the edges on the outside but will hopefully be a decent commuter for the wife to drive to and from work. The Outback is fine for driving (gets 26-29 mpg) but we'll save a good amount of money if we're getting 50+ in a Prius...

This coming month, EVERYTHING I own Honda wise (B series, suspension, transmissions, other parts) will be going up on Ebay so I can sell them. Within 60 days, I will no longer have anything performance Honda related.

Replaced the zip ties holding the splash guard under the car with actual clips. Put a crack in the windshield when trying to fill the chip. :( :( :( :( Also took the rear bumper off to realign it. Was looking a little goofy.

Well, replaced the clutch/flywheel/pressure plate/pilot bearing/TOB and transmission this past week in the Insight. Before, the BEST I was able to get was 70.0 mpg (one time only, other times was mid 60's at best, high 50's/low 60's was the norm).

Took the car out for a drive after I got it all together (Friday morning 2:30 am) to make sure it was good to go. Made a 32 mile trip to Osage Beach and back and got 81.3 mpg. Drove another 22 miles to work and back and felt comfortable for a small trip this weekend. Drove about 700 miles this weekend and averaged 75.6 mpg for the whole trip. Short trips, I was able to get between 80 and 90 mpg. Right now, I have just under half a tank and I have 550 miles on the tank. I'm on track for a 750-800 mile tank at this point.

Car turned 404,000 miles on the way back from Iowa today, too.

Cleaned the air filter in the Fit yesterday.

Had the oil pan gasket replaced on the GF's Civic, and replaced valve cover gasket but broke a bolt in the process >.< so I have to go and get another to replace it from the dealer AND another to replace one that seems to have had the crown nut misthreaded and won't come off.
