Yeah, unfortunatley the great city of St. Charles took matters into their own hands and disregarded the fact that my friends didn't want to press charges.

im pretty sure that your friends could have done something to over-rule what the city says about convicting, since they didnt want to press any sort of charges..... but im glad to see your still alive and well man

he said it was going to me... i met up with him in the hospital. i even got him to sign a paper giving his soul aswell.

My soul huh, I must have really been out of it. The problem really plaguing me right now is the fact that I have that 80 in a 60 ticket and I'm wondering if thats gonna send me to jail. I don't think it will though.

Probation started a few days ago... the ticket was in the past, I'd imagine you will be ok.
