Probation... FFFFUUUUUU

Well, looks like we can't win the case for my accident. Lawyer said all the guy had to do was prove to the jury that I was being reckless the day of my RSX accident to get me convicted, and if convicted I can face up to 14 years in prison.. so he plea bargined and I'll be looking at 5 years probation.

Anywho, anyone ever had probation? Whats it like? Any info would be nice.

Oh, and this is why I'm looking at this for the people who don't know!

Anyways, i was there and wasn't very cautious... violated my probation and got jail time

It was like a year ago on the 22nd, I don't know what happened. All I remember is getting gas and then waking up in the hospital a week later. I had two passengers and they were injured. I broke my neck and back, but they wanted to get me on 2 counts of 2nd degree vehicular assault which is two felonys.

i may be wrong, but probation is almost like court supervision..with a lot check ups with i think the P.O. (probation officer)...Just dont get in anymore tickets, troubles with the law, etc...other wise u in contempt with the court and may face prision time...i have a good lawyer if u would like to talk to him, but i think u already have one...just ask ur lawyer what/what not to do and stay with in the guidelines... thank god for prayers and for ur speedy recovery...im around for more details

I've had probation where they don't do shit just don't get convicted of any crimes for the next 5 years.

they don't necessarily have to file the complaint.... charges can be pressed by the city/state
