i've just been offered to trade my B16a for a 92 Civic hatch, real clean car and it's got low miles and no rust. He also has a Mugen replica lip, Short shifter, exhaust and a few more things. the car runs and drives and has a clean title too. He also has another d series motor to throw in with 60k on it and he's gonna give me $500 cash.

so...

$500+spare motor+exhaust+lip+short shifter+car

B16A Sir1 PR3 with computer and turbo header and turbo

good trade?
just looking for yes or no's.
