No more new members??

Why are all the new members getting banned as soon as they sigh up before even posting??

I'm going to guess not all of them are getting banned. The ones that are getting banned are bots. They get caught by the forum's software before they get the chance to spam the place.

My buddy tried to register as preludesi I believe, and was immediately banned. One of irevto9ks friends tried unsucsessfully as well

They were smart enough to click on the link in the confirmation email, right? I'm guessing they forgot to do that and THEY did not complete their registration. Just taking a guess...
